In a filter side by side the zerno was considerably cleaner, sweeter, and had a brighter acidity compared to the ditting kf804 and Verslab. It makes really nice clean crisp filter. For epsresso I haven’t noticed much difference yet between the Verslab, zerno, and ssp HU 98mm, with that said all three are tasting very good for espresso.

The good thing is, it's a very modular grinder, so if you need to change or update a part, it seems like something that would be easy to do.
